health tips to help us through winter
When you wake in the morning, instead of having your usual cuppa, try cutting a lemon in half and squeezing the juice into a glass of hot water, slice up some of the peel and add to the brew to enhance the goodness ( you can also grate a little fresh ginger ) Be creative, sip and feel your body enjoying the goodness!
After which, see how your normal cuppa tastes so much better!
If your feeling extra adventurous,and health is on your list of to-do's
Try a fresh juice......
Carrot, apple, celery, a little ginger and perhaps the other half of the lemon you had earlier,
Yum, again experience your body's enjoyment!
And, if this isnt your taste, then be creative.
Make up your own concoction!
Doing these two things on a regular basis will enhance your feeling of wellness and energy levels no end....................
