good morning on a wet autumn day. we have returned back to the pristine country freshness after 4 days in Melbourne c/o the shiatsu college in brunswick, learning about the amazing relevance and the journey of the vagus nerve in relation to our digestion and our emotional health. our teacher was kathryn from the uk one of the fantastic teachers in the biodynamic style of craniosacral therapy. now it is your turn to come and experience the wonders of what treatments in CST can offer you. we are available for sessions wednesday through saturday every week. we are offering massage/bodywork and other wonderful therapies. come and check us out. 1 knox street, daylesford ( opposite the farmers arms )

Welcome back!
Hello and welcome to our now all new and regular blogging experience The journey continues through all of life's up's and downs.
Here we are in March 2012! autumn has arrived and we have made it into the early part of the year with out much of a break, yet with a continual supply of inspiration to carry us through!
Watch this space for new and exciting happenings at our new Daylesford HUB, known as Daylesford healthspring therapies
We have changed our focus and have joined forces with 'Fair's Fair' cultural fair trade emporium and health food shop/cafe ( opposite farmers arms )
We are currently a group of like minded health professionals/practitioners who share a common vision of making complimentary health care affordable to our local community.
At present we are offering a range of yoga classes, including kids yoga ( see web site for details ) As well as one to one therapies and treatments such as REIKI ( check website for info ) plus top quality remedial and therapeutic MASSAGE ( health rebates available ) BOWEN THERAPY and BIODYNAMIC CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY sessions, plus all ORGANIC uplifting facials
We are available 7 days per week and our hours are flexible to suit your needs.
